1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You have returned the product within 7 days from the date of delivery
• The product is unused and in original, unopened packaging
• The product packaging is intact and not damaged
• For herbal/powdered products, the seal/cap must be unbroken
• All product accessories and documentation are included
• The return is initiated within the return window

2. Refund Ineligibility

Refunds will NOT be processed for:

• Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
• Damaged packaging due to mishandling by the customer
• Products returned after the 7-day return window
• Products without original packaging or seals
• Products ordered during promotional sales or clearance
• Missing accessories or incomplete products
• Items damaged or defective due to customer negligence

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sasyajalakamroots.com or call +91-9876-543-210 with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Quality Check

We will verify that the product meets refund eligibility criteria and confirm the return address.

Step 3: Ship Product Back

Ship the product back to us using any courier service at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error). Please use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking details.

Step 4: Inspection

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for condition, packaging integrity, and original seals.

Step 5: Refund Processing

Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Return Address

Always mention your order number clearly on the package and inside the box.

5. Refund Timeline

• Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
• Return Shipping: 3-7 days (customer's responsibility)
• Inspection: 1-2 days after receipt
• Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
• Total Time: 15-30 days in most cases

6. Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

• Product price
• Applicable taxes/GST
• Any discounts applied

The refund will NOT include:

• Original shipping charges (unless return is due to our fault)
• Return shipping charges

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

• Minor damage is present but product is otherwise acceptable
• Slight wear on packaging is evident
• Product returned after return window (at company discretion)

The deduction will be communicated to you before processing the partial refund.

8. Refund Methods

• Online Payments (Card/UPI): Refunded to original payment method
• Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (you need to provide bank details)

Important: Your bank may take 3-5 additional business days to credit the refund.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost
• Return shipping will be covered by us
• Refund will be processed immediately upon verification

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances:

• Gift cards or store credits
• Items purchased during final clearance sales
• Custom or personalized products
• Downloaded or digital products

11. Exchange Policy

Prefer an exchange over a refund? We offer exchanges for:

• Different size or variant of the same product
• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect items (our error)

Exchanges are processed faster than refunds (usually 7-10 days) and shipping is free if due to our error.

12. Refund Cancellation

Once a refund has been initiated and approved, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can request to receive a replacement instead of a refund within 24 hours of approval.
